نحن نبحث عن أخصائي تنفيذ Odoo للعمل عن بعد ليكون خبيرنا التقني الأول. ستكون أنت العقل المدبر خلف الكواليس، حيث ستقوم بترجمة متطلبات العمل المحددة بوضوح إلى أنظمة Odoo متكاملة، وتعمل ببراعة على إعدادها وتخصيصها وإطلاقها لمساعدة الشركات الصغيرة على النمو والازدهار. بعيداً عن تعقيدات الشركات التقليدية، هذه وظيفة للمبدعين الحقيقيين الذين يستمتعون بحل المشكلات وترك أثر إيجابي.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and Odoo solutions.
- Design and optimize business workflows within the Odoo environment to improve efficiency and scalability for small to medium-sized businesses.
- Configure and customize Odoo modules (e.g., Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing) to align with the defined requirements.
- Develop and maintain clear technical and functional documentation for all implementations.
- Collaborate closely with the project lead to ensure the implemented solution perfectly matches the client's needs.
- Provide comprehensive training materials and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of the platform.
- Offer expert-level functional support and troubleshoot any issues that arise during and after implementation.
Must Have
- Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant, Implementation Specialist, or in a similar technical role.
- In-depth knowledge of Odoo modules and the ability to configure them based on provided requirements.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with Scrum methodology and agile principles.
- Expertise in process design and optimization specifically for small to medium-sized businesses.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a talent for translating concepts into technical solutions.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively in a remote environment.
- A reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.

- Experience in specific industries such as manufacturing, retail, or finance.
- Working knowledge with project management and collaboration tools such as ClickUp, Miro, and mind mapping software.
- Odoo certification is a significant plus.

A Day in the Life of an Implantation Specialist @ Full Circle DTC
- Morning: Client Sync & Requirement Analysis
- Lead a virtual workshop with a new client to understand their specific business processes (e.g., accounting, inventory, sales)
- Analyze client needs and document the functional requirements for the Odoo implementation
- Collaborate with the project manager to define project scope and timelines.
- Midday: System Configuration & Solution Design
- Dive into the Odoo backend to configure modules according to the client's requirements.
- Design and map out custom workflows using tools like Odoo Studio or by documenting needs for the development team.
- Perform data migration tests, ensuring a smooth transition from the client's old system to Odoo.
- Afternoon: Training, Support & Team Collaboration
- Prepare and deliver a training session to a client's team on how to use the newly configured Modules
- Troubleshoot and resolve support tickets for existing clients, addressing any issues that arise post-implementation
- Provide feedback to the internal development team on custom features and test new functionalities before they are deployed
- End of Day: Documentation & Planning
- Update all project documentation, ensuring configurations and client decisions are clearly recorded.
- Review project progress in a tool like ClickUp.
- Plan and prioritize tasks for the following day to stay on track with project deadlines
